Here are a few tips to make sure you’re “lunging” properly!
– Step into a high lunge with your front knee over your ankle and your arms reaching up over your head.
– Lower your hands behind your back and lock your fingers together.
– Hold for 10-20 breaths and then repeat on the other side.
